What we build on, and why that is not the same as who we sell for.

These are the platforms our work runs on. We resell none of them, take commission on none of them, and carry quota for none of them. The stack follows the problem.

The stack

Five platforms, each doing one job.

Salesforce

System of record

Since 2002

Where most of the capability we build has to land, and the platform we have worked in the longest. Sales, Service, Experience, and the Lightning platform underneath them.

We also say when Salesforce is the wrong place for something. A process that lives in the platform because that was the easy answer is a cost you pay every year afterward.

Microsoft Azure

Cloud and identity

Enterprise infrastructure

Where the work sits when it should not sit inside a SaaS platform: data services, integration, identity, and the governance layer around AI workloads.

Most of our clients already run identity and a data estate here. Building alongside that is cheaper than building around it.

Anthropic

Frontier models

Claude

One of the two model providers we build agent workflows on. Strong on long-context reasoning and on following the kind of detailed operating instructions that real business process requires.

Model choice is a design decision per workload, not a standard we adopt company-wide.

OpenAI

Frontier models

GPT

The other. Different strengths, different cost curve, different failure modes. We run both so that the workload picks the model rather than the other way around.

Where a client has already standardized on one, we build to it. That is a governance decision, and it is theirs.

Fathom

Conversation capture

Meeting intelligence

Turns the conversations a business already has into structured, searchable input. Discovery calls, client reviews, internal decisions.

Unrecorded conversation is one of the largest sources of institutional knowledge that never becomes an asset. This is the cheapest place to start fixing that.

How we choose

A vendor list is not a point of view.

Most consultancies publish a partner page because the partnerships pay them. The logos signal where their revenue comes from, not where your problem gets solved.

This page is the opposite. It is a list of what we know deeply enough to be accountable for. If your problem is better served by something not on it, we will say so, and we lose nothing by saying it.

The question is no longer which feature to turn on. It is what should live inside the platform, what should operate around it, and how you govern the whole system.

We resell none of it

No license commissions, no referral fees, no vendor quota on any product listed here. What we recommend is what we would run ourselves, and we have no financial reason to name one over another.

The stack follows the problem

We start from how your organization works today and pick tools against that. Standardizing on a vendor first and finding problems for it second is how platform drag accumulates.

You own what we build

No proprietary runtime, no dependency on us to keep it running. Every engagement ends with something your team can operate, extend, and if it comes to it, replace.

Your existing stack counts

Most of what a business needs is already licensed and half-configured. Making that work is usually faster and cheaper than adding another tool to the estate.

Already own most of this?

30 minutes. We will tell you what your current stack can already do and what is genuinely missing. No platform pitch.
