About Rainmaker

Twenty-four years inside the ecosystem we advise on.

Rainmaker Associates has built on the Salesforce platform since 2002, before Salesforce went public. We know where it helps, where it hurts, and how to build so it lasts.

Who we are

The same discipline, applied to a new problem.

For two decades the question our clients brought us was how to make a cloud platform actually serve the business. We answered it for thousands of organizations, from startups to the Fortune 500, on Salesforce and the systems around it.

The question has changed. It is now whether the AI activity inside an organization is building durable capability or just creating noise. That is a different question, but it is not a different discipline. It is still about how the organization operates, not which tool it bought.

So we do both, and they reinforce each other. AI Activation is the practice. Salesforce delivery is where a great deal of that capability has to land.

We start from how your organization works today

Not from a reference architecture. The answer lives in your actual process, your actual data, and the people who have to live with the result. We reason forward from there.

Independent by design

No reselling, no license commissions, no vendor quota. The architecture we recommend serves your business rather than someone else’s revenue target. It also means we will tell you when you do not need us.

You leave with working capability

Not slides about working capability. Every engagement names its deliverables, its timeline, and its price before it starts, and it ends with something your team can run without us.

Durable beats fast

A build that your team cannot maintain is a liability with a go-live date. We design for the org that has to own it after we leave.

Leadership

You talk to these people, not to an account manager.

Careers

Be a Rainmaker.

We are a small senior team, and we hire that way. The people here work directly with clients from the first call, own the outcome of what they build, and are trusted to say when an engagement is heading the wrong direction.

We do not have public postings open at the moment. We do read every note that comes in, and we keep good ones on file. If the work described on this site is the work you want to do, write to us.

Tell us what you have built and what you want to build next. A résumé is welcome but the note matters more.
